Once we have the trip itinerary agreed we look to take the deposit payment of 25% by bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR if you prefer. We will issue a receipt and you will clear then need to confirm any connecting arrangements such as international flights and personal travel insurance.
Final payment on your trip will be due due two months before your Uganda travel date, at which point we will contact you to sort out monies, discuss any other outstanding issues and send final travel information.
During your travel in Uganda:
Whilst you are actually travelling in Uganda, your primary source of support comes from the Msafiri tours drivers, hotels and lodge operators and Msafiri tours guides who will assist you from place to place. .
